These weekly offerings reflect my personal practice which has been evolving over 30 years. The 'tripod' of these classes holds me up and allows me to experience life with ease & curiosity. These are my non-negotiables for my physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.

Membership Class Schedule

 

Strength Training - Tuesday

7:30 am CET, 6:30 am BST, 10:30 pm PDT (specific props required)

45-minute sessions focusing on a different muscle group each week to target sensible gains in bone density and muscle composition. A must for anyone over 40 years old. I make these classes fun and accessible so that you end up enjoying the process and keep coming back for more.

Yoga & Mobility - Wednesday

6 pm CET, 5 pm BST, 9 am PDT

Working with a theme each month these classes are fully embodied yoga and movement explorations. Working with repetition within the sequences creates an accessible form that suits most levels of practice. 

Meditation & Journaling - Sunday

7 pm CET, 6 pm BST, 10 am PDT

A 30-minute session to close the week and clear the mind. Reflective and empowering, themes will evolve and change throughout the month.

I'm here to invite you into a practice that embraces your individuality and curiosity. An EMBODIED Yoga based on a sensory experience, free from outdated dogma and limited linear structures.

Raised as a Vendatist, I grew up immersed in the philosophy of yoga. In my 20's I began to practice asana and research different ways of moving while studying the history of yoga. The resulting discovery is that yoga is EVOLVING and always has, so we have permission to explore these practices, challenge the myths, and move forward with knowledge and awareness.

My mission is to EMPOWER your practice. To help find your own pace, fluidity, and strength in a structure that is an invitation, not a rule. Tap into your curiosity and trust your experience to take charge of your practice on and off the mat.
