Strength Training

Tuesdays - Members Only

Starting 13th May I'll be offering weekly strength training classes. Each week we change which group of muscles to focus on and I'm starting with Core Stability. It's going to hit not only the abdominals and back muscles but also the stabilisers in the hips and shoulders. 

 

Yoga & Mobility

Wednesdays

Theme: Slow But Strong. I love playing with slowing down movement which can initially trick us into thinking it might make things easier, but what happens is that more of the connective tissue and smaller muscles have to pay attention to their involvement. The results are more integrated movements which help us find that 'glide' feel instead of a 'heaving' action from one shape to another. 

 

Meditation & Journaling

Sundays - Members Only

In these 30 - 60 minute classes, I'll take you through an embodied guided meditation and give a journal prompt at the end so we can allow us to get our downloads on paper, giving time for reflection.
