Strength Training

Tuesdays - Members Only 

This month, we’re embracing creative, functional training with accessible tools. November 5th kicks off with Functional Movement, followed by Glutes and Thighs on the 12th, Triceps and Core on the 19th, and Shoulders and Upper Back on the 26th. Each session is designed to support strength and mobility, helping us deepen resilience together.

 
Yoga & Mobility

Wednesdays

Theme: Embracing the Unknown
We’ll focus on back bending, a movement that requires us to let go of expectation and find comfort in unknown depths. By calming the nervous system, we can explore each back bend with ease, releasing fear and discovering new levels of depth and confidence.

 

Meditation & Journaling

Sundays - Members Only

Theme: Engaging with the Unknown
Our Meditation and Journaling sessions will address the natural anxiety that the unknown can bring. Through guided exercises, you’ll learn to “talk” to that anxiety, moving through discomfort and discovering a spacious calm within. Each week, we’ll explore journaling prompts and meditations that encourage curiosity over fear, fostering ease in embracing the unknown.

 

 Join me and through our practice, we'll explore the sensations that emerge, nurturing a deeper self-awareness.
