This month, our Strength Training sessions will emphasize building balance—both in our bodies and in our muscle groups. On the 7th, we’ll focus on core strength and stability, laying a solid foundation. On the 14th, we’ll work on shoulders and chest, balancing upper-body strength. The 21st will target hamstrings and quads, ensuring we balance out both the front and back of the body. We’ll wrap up the month on the 28th with a full-body workout to integrate everything we’ve worked on, leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and ready for the new year.

Theme:Â Finding Balance
What if we started the new year focusing on balance? In these classes, we’ll play with actual balances, awakening the feet and ankles, and integrating core stability. This month, we’ll explore the concept of balance both physically and energetically. You can expect a focus on grounding, alignment, and strengthening the foundation, helping you feel more centered and balanced in your movement. It’s the perfect way to kick off the year and reconnect with your body’s natural sense of stability.

Theme:Â Finding Balance
In the mental, emotional and spiritual realms, balance is an integral part of our wellbeing. When we feel a sense of balance between work and rest, highs and lows, activity and stillness life is easier to navigate. So expect investigations around these concepts in our meditation and journaling sessions. First session on the 5th of January.
