This month’s Strength Training brings festive fun and functional movement. On the 3rd, we’ll begin with a balanced full-body workout combining strength and cardio. The 10th focuses on glutes and lower stabilizers for a strong foundation, while the 17th is all about biceps, chest, and back in an “Arnie-style” upper-body session. After a break on the 24th for Christmas, we’ll end the year on the 31st with a New Year’s Eve Disco workout—a joyful mix of Jazzercise vibes, weights, mobility, and a fun disco playlist.

Theme: Forward Folds
This month, we’ll explore forward folds—poses that release tension in the back of the body and bring grounding calm. Perfect for the busy holiday season, these poses encourage reflection and connection. Expect restorative poses and playful variations to bring ease and curiosity to your practice.
Yoga & Mobility is open to the public for £15 per class (includes 21 days of access to the recording). Book Below

Theme: Reflecting on the Year
In December, our Meditation and Journaling sessions will help you process 2023 with clarity and compassion. Through guided meditations and journaling prompts, we’ll release lingering judgments and set intentions for 2024 with awareness and joy. These sessions offer a peaceful space for reflection and renewal.
Note: There will be no live sessions from 23–29 December.
